Talk about hitting two birds with one stone! My job required me to move from New Jersey to New York, I needed a new flat in New York while I had to rent out my existing apartment in Jersey to offset rental expense. Roomster.com, allowed me to do both, hassle-free! I was able to screen my tenant even before I contacted him, while my new roommate and I were hitting it off without me stepping out of Jersey yet.
